1. How to make a custom design?   
Please email us your designs in any kind of formats like Jpg, AI, CDR, PDF, etc. And make a clear statement of the design you want, the size, color, and quantity. We can make free samples for your approval.


2. How to order?   
When the sample is approved, please send us your PO via email. Then we will send you the Invoice to confirm the orders.


3. Which kinds of payment can be accepted?   
We will start production once the full payment is made. PayPal, TT, and West Union are accepted.


4. How long & which expresses? 
Our lead time is roughly 5-7 days after receipt of the full payment. But bulk orders may take a little longer. Products are shipped by Door-to-Door Express (UPS, DHL, EMS, FedEx, and TNT).


5. When can you get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
